We are solely a conduit for service exchange and do not guarantee the quality, availability, and delivery of any services.
Passclub does not charge any enrollment fees to customers, and our liability is limited to ensuring that the exchange process is carried out in an appropriate manner. Passclub also wants to clarify that we are not accountable for any miscommunication or dissatisfaction experienced by customers who have purchased services from timeshare clubs. Customers should understand that they should refer to the respective clubs for any issues related to the services they have acquired.
