Welcome to Passclub, operated by Passclub Ventures, registered at Misrod, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
By accessing or using our platform ( via website, app or otherwise ), purchasing a pass, listing a service, or interacting with our offline services, you agree to be bound by these terms of services.
These terms govern your use of all services offered through Passclub, including bookings, memberships, barter transactions, and vendor participation.
1. Eligibility & User Roles
- You must be at least 18 years old to register or transact on Passclub.
- User include:
- Consumers: Retail customers, purchasing services or passes
- Vendors: businesses or individuals, listing or bartering their services
- Clubs/Agents: Third-party organizations or intermediaries facilitating access
- Minors may access services only under supervision and in compliance with applicable laws.
2. Platform Usage
- Passclub offers a Central Reservation System (CRS) for booking services including but not limited to:
- Hotels
- Air Tickets
- Fitness & Wellness Services (e.g., Gyms)
- B2B Business Services
- Users may either:
- Purchase services individually
- Access them via Passes, which are pre-bundled entitlements
- Vendors may:
- List or sell inventory directly
- Barter inventory in exchange for Passcoins (our internal barter currency)
3. Passes & Entitlements
- Passes purchased by consumers are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- These are pre-curated bundles and the value derives from multi-use benefits and curated offerings.
- If a service included in the Pass permits cancellations or refunds (as defined by the vendor), the consumer may avail such benefits subject to vendor policy.
4. Passcoins & Barter
- Passcoins are a non-transferable internal barter currency, earned and used only by vendors within the Passclub network.
- Passcoins cannot be converted to cash or used outside the ecosystem.
- Vendors can use Passcoins to acquire services or inventory listed by other vendors.
5. Booking, Cancellation & Refunds
- Booking terms (including cancellation and refund windows) are defined by the individual vendor and are visible at the time of booking.
- If not stated otherwise, bookings are considered non-cancellable and non-refundable by default.
- Any refund issued will be processed only after confirmation from the vendor, plus 2 working days.
6. Vendor & Club Membership Terms
- Vendors agree to accurately list their services and honor bookings.
- Passclub reserves the right to remove vendors for non-compliance, fraudulent listings, or customer complaints.
- Club memberships sold through third-party Clubs are governed by the Club's own cancellation and refund policies.
- If payment is collected by Passclub but invoice is issued by the Club, the Club remains solely responsible for dispute resolution.
7. User Conduct & Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent yourself, your identity, or your entitlement
- Abuse the platform for fraud, misuse of Passcoins, or illegal activities
- Disrupt the integrity or performance of Passclub’s systems or services
- Reuse, copy, or redistribute content without authorization
8. Privacy & Data Protection
- We collect, use, and share personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By using Passclub, you consent to our data practices.
- Personal data may be shared with verified third parties (e.g., hotels, payment processors) but is never sold.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Passclub will act as final arbitrator for any disputes involving:
- Booking discrepancies
- Refund issues
- Vendor misbehavior or failure
- Passclub's decision shall be final and binding.
- Legal remedies may be pursued where necessary.
10. Limitation of Liability
Passclub is an intermediary and not the direct service provider. We are not liable for:
- Service quality delivered by a vendor
- Vendor-side cancellations or failures
- Club membership terms set by third-party clubs
- Force majeure events including pandemics, natural disasters, or political unrest
11. Modifications & Policy Updates
We may revise these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of updates via email or platform notifications. Continued use of Passclub after changes constitutes acceptance.
